Qe ne momentin e mberritjes u pritem me shume ngrohtesi dhe profesionalizem nga stafi, i cili ishte gjithmone i buzqeshur, i sjellshem dhe i gatshem per te ndihmuar ne cdo moment. Dhomat ishin te pastra ne menyre te perkryer, te rehatshme, moderne dhe me nje pamje fantastike nga deti. Cdo detaj ishte i menduar per komoditetin e klienteve. Krevatet ishin shume te rehatshem dhe ambienti ishte i qete, ideal per relaksim. Vendndodhja e hotelit eshte e shkelqyer, shume prane plazhit dhe me akses te lehte ne zonat me te bukura te Dhermiut. Pamja nga hoteli eshte mahnitese, vecanerisht gjate perendimit te diellit. Mengjesi ishte i pasur, i fresket dhe shume i shijshem, me nje larmi zgjedhjesh per cdo shije. Restoranti ofron ushqim cilesor dhe sherbim te shkelqyer. Ambientet e perbashketa ishin gjithmone te pastra dhe te mirembajtura. Positive: I had a wonderful experience at Don Mare Hotel. The hospitality was excellent from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were very polite, professional and always ready to help. The Beach Bar had a fantastic atmosphere and very high quality service. A special thank you goes to the manager, who personally took care of our stay to make it as pleasant as possible. The attention to the customer and the dedication of the entire staff made us feel at home. Negative: Breakfast limited, for quality of hotel and only one cup of coffee included (not uncommon though in Albania) Noisy music until 11 or 12 (maybe later in high season!) as beach bars all going strong

Positive: Location is amazing and dhermi beach strip itself has such a luxury feel!! Well worth getting a hotel with beach access to not pay beach bed prices.

Negative: The hotel rooms were not ready! The room they TRIED to give me was extremely outdated and the furniture was literally peeling. The bathroom was newly plastered with newish fittings but was not complete and out any pain and was still a building site. Directly outside the balcony (at the back) was a building site and loud and dusty. I complained and showed that it’s not what was advertised and asked for a room change. I was upgraded to a sea view suite that had recently been modernised. The bathroom was still plastered like the previous room. But the room itself was luxury, contemporary and modern. They moved me instantly and swiftly to make up for it. The beach bar is great and staff there were lovely! But I was still slightly disappointed they even tried to place me in the original room when another updated was very clearly available

Summary: Not amazing now but amazing potential once renovations are complete

Positive: Right on the beach with a nice bar and beach set up. It’s also very close to many good restaurants and is on the quieter end of the beach promenade.

Negative: Our room was facing the back of the hotel which is practically a building site. Luckily we were only there for a night and didn’t have any noise disturbance. The room itself didn’t quite look like the photos, it might be that the beach view rooms are better but I can’t be sure. Finally we had quite a lot of noise from other guests in the middle of the night and we didn’t feel the staff managed the situation swiftly.

Summary: Great beach location. Back facing rooms are not great
